Do I have to dilute the screenwash in my “Make Me Safer” box?

No.  The screenwash can be used in your car undiluted - however if you then add water you can extend the time before you need to fill up the windscreen washer tank. It should be diluted at the following proportions:

Driving conditions Parts of screenwash Parts of water 
Summer  1  20
Winter  1  4
Severe winter  1  2
Abnormal winter Use undiluted
